Our P&C team manages workers’ compensation and automobile & general liability claims for self-insured employers, self-insured trusts & funds, and Insurance companies. In addition, they also perform workers’ compensation medical bill review ONLY for government entities. We manage claims in nine jurisdictions, which include SC, NC, GA, TN, VA, WV, AL, MS, and KY.

The P&C leaders have been in the industry for more than 30 years, sharing a vast knowledge of industry. They also have a passion for customer service and making benefits better for their clients.

Tosca Walls, Director, P&C Operations 

Manages all aspects of the P&C until. She has worked in the P&C industry over 30 years and has been with the BCBSSC family for 19 years.

Dawn Allison, Claims Manager 

Manages the claims adjusters & assistants. She has worked in the P&C Industry over 30 years and has been with the BCBSSC family for 22 years.

Linda McCallister, Claims Manager 

Manages the claims adjusters & assistants. She has worked in the P&C industry over 30 years and has been with the BCBSSC family for 21 years.

Bethanie Alongi, Medical Bill Review Manager

Manages the medical bill review analysts. She has worked in the P&C industry for 16 years and has worked with the BCBSSC family for 16 years on the P&C and Healthcare side.

Charles Perry, Finance Manager 

Manages the finance department. He has worked in the P&C industry over 30 years and has been with the BCBSSC family for 15 years.
