Our P&C team manages workers’ compensation, automobile, property and general liability claims for self-insured employers, self-insured trusts and funds, and Insurance companies in multiple jurisdictions. In addition, they also perform workers’ compensation medical bill review only for government entities. We manage claims in nine jurisdictions, which include SC, NC, GA, TN, VA, WV, AL, MS, and KY.

The P&C leaders have been in the industry for more than 30 years, sharing a vast knowledge of the industry. They also have a passion for customer service and making benefits better for their clients.

Tosca Walls, Director, P&C Operations 

Manages the operations, administration and claims processing for the Property & Casualty line of business. She has worked in the P&C industry more than 30 years and has been with the BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina family for more than 20 years

Dawn Allison, Claims Manager 

Manages the claims team. She has worked in the P&C Industry for more than 30 years and has been with the BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina family for more than 20 years.

Linda McCallister, Claims Manager 

Manages the claims team. She has worked in the P&C Industry over 30 years and has been with the BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina family for over 20 years.

Bethanie Alongi, Medical Bill Review Manager

Manages the medical bill review team. She has worked in the P&C industry for more than 16 years and has worked with the BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina family for more than 16 years in P&C and healthcare.

Charles Perry, Finance Manager 

Manages the finance department. He has worked in the P&C industry more than 30 years and has been with the BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina family for more than 15 years.
