We are pleased to announce that as of April 28, Shannon Mathis has rejoined our PAI family as a Stop Loss Technician.

Shannon comes to PAI from BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina where she was a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst for three years. Prior to working at BlueCross, she served roles ranging from Customer Service to Claims over her 23 year tenure at PAI.
