"Exceeded his expectations"

 Ebony Burris

She has been a Marketing Service Rep for many years and is assigned to several of our largest Limited Benefit groups. Today, on our leadership call with our largest client, Express Personnel, the Benefits Director went out of his way to thank her for the high level of support that she provides the leadership team at Express. Typically, he doesn't interact with her much on a day-to-day basis since his counterpart typically does, but he had to last week while his counterpart was out for a few days. He said that the level of service she provided him exceeded his expectations. He said that he was very impressed with her responsiveness and how she followed up to ensure he had received everything that was needed. Passionate about her job is how he described her.

While we all know this about her, hearing it from any group, let alone our largest, is very exciting.

To her—Thank you for your hard work and dedication to each of the groups that you service. You are truly the definition of how PAI MAKES BENEFITS BETTER.

David Eison

Working with him makes PAI better. He has the ability to take complex projects and information and break them down in a way we can all understand. He truly takes the time to consider all angles of a project or task and accounts for the "what if" scenarios. He considers the impact on our business as a whole and is always looking for ways we can improve PAI's processes.

Not often do you find someone with such analytical skill combined with wit and humor! He brings his positive personality, wisdom, and wit to all of our interactions. He is kind and caring, always reaching out to check on others in need and willing to jump in to help. I enjoy working with him so much that I find I learn new things from him every day. I value his contributions and the ways he makes PAI better!

Cadre CJ Roberts 

He has been an Associate Service Rep in the Limited Benefits Marketing Department for many years. Year after year, he handles the highest volume of calls in our area and consistently receives positive feedback from our groups. In February, I spoke with Gretchen Kuhn from USA Staffing regarding their upcoming transition from ePortal to eForm. Gretchen mentioned that she called the ESC Support Center, and he was able to address all of her questions. She said that, just like every other time she calls and he answers, she is always relieved to hear that he’s the one picking up. Gretchen noted that he is always extremely helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. Throughout all the years that USA Staffing has been with us, she said he has never given her any reason to doubt anything he has told her. She referred to him as a “shining star” and believes he should be recognized for the outstanding level of customer service he consistently provides.

 Lauren Freezon

She is a Marketing Service Rep in our Limited Benefits Department. She has several of our large, key accounts assigned to her. A Benefits Coordinator with TempStaff reached out to me regarding the service she has been providing to her and her team for years. According to the coordinator, "I really appreciate her. She has been the BEST manager for us. We love her." This is the same type of feedback I hear from each of her groups.

Twanda Williams 

She is a gem. She's always there to lend a helping hand whenever needed. A true TEAM PLAYER. There is never a time that I reach out to her for assistance and she hesitates to help.

Darnet Baxter 

She exemplifies what a great Supervisor is every day. She is supportive, empathetic, accountable, and resilient. Her knowledge of this company's operations and policies is impressive and contagious.
