The CVS/Caremark Advanced Choice pharmacy network includes access to CVS/pharmacy, Rite Aid, Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, Costco, Kroger, Publix, K-Mart, Long's Drugs, BI-LO and Winn-Dixie pharmacies, plus various other grocers and independent pharmacies. To view a general listing of Advanced Choice retail pharmacies that participate your benefit plan, click here. Or, to search for a pharmacy by ZIP code, state, or distance from a specific address, you can log into CVS Caremark's website.* You can also search for pharmacies that offer special services, like delivery or extended hours of operation.
If members don’t present their ID cards or they don’t use network pharmacies, they’ll have to file a prescription drug claim form and they may not be reimbursed for the full amount they paid.
Note: Not all benefit plans are the same. Members who want to use a national chain pharmacy should know that their benefit may restrict the pharmacies that they use. Members should always check with their pharmacies to see if it is part of our network before they have their prescriptions filled.
Flu Vaccine Network (Retail Pharmacies)
Your prescription drug plan may cover flu vaccines, which are now available at many retail pharmacies. Vaccines administered at your retail pharmacy usually don't require an appointment and use the same effective medications as your physician's office.
