Kristin Scott

She is one of a few phenomenal women that I have had the pleasure of working with. She is more than an essential team member. When she is not pouring into her departments and team; you may find her assisting our COO and staff. No issue is too big or small for her, and she'll always do her best to resolve any issue. She is one of many that I consider to be the driving force of the company which is vital to PAI's success. She is someone who inspires, coaches and motivates others to put those BIG DREAMS into action. Her attitude towards life and success within the company is gold. She is not afraid of failure and nay sayers and instills this within her team. What I love most about her character is her selflessness and the effort she puts in towards growing our company.

English Walker

English always gets the job done! I cannot think of a time where he was not able to resolve an issue. He is one of the few IT staff that we have that is knowledgeable about his job. If you have any questions, he does not mind taking a moment to explain how he resolved the issue. Thank you for all you do here at PAI!

Charlie Sears

Charlie goes above and beyond to assist with trying to gain more sales. Not only for our Self-Funded groups but for the P&C side as well. He is more than willing to jump in and assist when needed. He is a true asset for our team.

Stephanie Waden

Stephanie has been vital in our success at PAI. She has stepped up as a Coordinator and had filled in when we had gabs in coverage with vacation for Supervisors and with Coordinators. Her peers and team value her and her leadership and our groups look for her continued support. Thank you for making benefits better and attending groups health fairs so our clients can but a name with face. You are much appreciated.

I am pleased to nominate this person for providing outstanding service. They consistently demonstrate professionalism and a commitment to excellent customer service.

This person is a dependable leader who goes above and beyond to support the team. What truly sets this person apart is their ability to handle complex and escalated situations with sound judgement. Their positive attitude and strong work ethic makes them highly deserving of this nomination.

Mandy Lackey

I would like to nominate Mandy Lackey for employee recognition for all that she does for our company. Mandy has been with PAI for a short time but has made great strides in fulfilling her role on our stop loss team. Mandy consistently applies critical thinking to address and approach any new task or challenge. She maintains a solution- oriented mindset, always coming to the table with a thoughtful proposed solution for any obstacles or challenges she faces. She is always there to share learned knowledge and to cross train her teammates. She consistently supports them when they are faced with new tasks/challenges and when they are out of the office.  

I nominate Mandy Lackey for her willingness to share knowledge and provide support to our team. She is dedicated, hardworking and always demonstrates professional excellence while maintaining a positive attitude.

Tamara Wise

Tamara works hard everyday. She handled my training classes as well as helping others who are not in training. She always answers my calls and emails with questions. Even if they are simple and frequent.

Erin Tindal

Erin Tindal is a Customer Service Advocate in the Specialty Products call center. Elwood Staffing's Admin Jonathan recently complimented Erin's excellent service when he calls in regarding an issue for his employees. It says a lot about Erin's service that Elwood wanted to take time to provide kudos even when they are transitioning to another carrier. Great job Erin :) 

Bridgett Cunningham

When PAI was approached about taking on an entirely new business unit Bridgett was approached to see if this would be something she wanted to take on. She jumped right in and shifted her focus to learning this new business along with a team from Blue Cross. In addition to learning new rules for the product she also had to take on learning a new system that was getting put in place and transitioning business over to it. Of course, the new system has had some hiccups but Bridgett has remained positive, focused working with the vendor and partnering with other areas to start getting new features up and running. As we head into 2026 she's already planning on transitioning more new business to the platform and working closely with a number of new Carriers on expanding the business. We really appreciate all Bridgett has taken on and how positive and focused she's remained on ensuring this is a success as we move forward. Thank You Bridgett!

Twanda Williams

I wanted everyone to know how special Twanda is. She is the best supervisor I could ever ask for. She always goes above and beyond for her team and others. 

Jaqualine Dobey

She is always so willing to assist with whatever issue I have. She always has an answer, and she is very polite. Her happy tone never waivers.
