Shaunee Deas

Shaunee goes above and beyond for her team as well as the work she assists with all upper management. She deserves to be recognized for all of her hard work and dedication. She goes the extra mile for everyone. Thanks, Shaunee, for being a wonderful leader!                                                                                             

Shaunee Deas has received several KUDOS from members and groups.  A few comments include kind, professional, and goes above and beyond.  She leads by example and understands our motto of making benefits better.  She is our subject matter expert for OptumRx and we rely on her often for time sensitive overrides. Shaunee and her Coordinator have several white glove groups that they provide exemplary service to which is greatly appreciated.  She is a team player who is always willing to help out regardless of the issue or whose group it is.  We have recently lost a Coordinator and another Supervisor was on vacation but Shaunee and her Coordinator stepped up to monitor stats, assist her team with questions, and manage open calls to ensure business needs were not only met but exceeded. Shaunee is very deserving of this award and I'm happy to have her on my team! 
 

Howard Blye

Howard works in the Specialty Administration Claims area and is the primary processor and contact for Life Claims. These are often difficult claims to navigate as there are strict documentation requirements that have to be followed and typically it involves working closely with individuals who have just lost loved ones. Howard does a great job navigating this and recently received a handwritten "Thank You" note from one of the customers he worked with. She wrote:

"I want to thank Howard so much for all of the assistance, care and concern he showed for our family during this difficult time". "We greatly appreciate it and many blessings to you and your family in all that you do". "May your year be happy in prosperity and health".

Kartikay Kaushik

Kartikay has been exceptional for his outstanding leadership and mentorship. He consistently goes above and beyond to support his team, foster collaboration, and create an environment of learning and trust.

Kartikay leads by example, always approachable, encouraging, and committed to helping other's grow. His ability to guide, motivate, and patiently share his knowledge has had a lasting impact on both performance and professional development.

He exemplifies the qualities of a true leader, one who empowers others, promotes continuous learning, and ensures excellence through empathy and integrity.
 

Mandy Lackey

I would like to nominate Mandy. She is always ready, willing, and able to jump in and assist with quotes and revised quotes' as needed to try to help us win some new businesses. Without hesitation she always jumps in with a positive attitude to assist our team. Thanks, Mandy, for your continued support and teamwork! 

Brent Turner

I would like to recognize Brent Turner for consistently going above and beyond. He is always in tune with what needs to be done and takes the initiative to ensure my requests are completed efficiently and effectively. His proactive approach in communicating and following up with the groups keeps everything aligned and helps in getting the issues resolved quickly.

In the short time since joining PAI just over a year ago, Landrey has consistently demonstrated exceptional dedication, adaptability and initiative. She has quickly caught on to her role and has shown commitment to her work.

What truly demonstrates Landrey's dedication is her willingness to step up whenever the team needs her. When an additional role required coverage, Landrey stepped up to learn and assist with those responsibilities while continuing to manage her own workload. She approached the challenge with a positive attitude and professionalism, ensuring that the operations continued as smoothly as possible.

Landrey's dependability, teamwork and drive to go above and beyond has been of great benefit to our team. Her growth over the past year and her continued willingness to help wherever needed makes her a deserving candidate for recognition.
 

Kayla McManus

I would like to nominate and recognize Kayla McManus. As a member of the Implementation Department, Kayla is an exceptionally dependable team player who always takes the initiative to go above and beyond for PAI and our partners. In her role as an Implementation Coordinator, Kayla’s strong work ethic, dedication, knowledge, and willingness to help has made her a leader on the team. Her recent collaboration on our rebranding project exemplifies why she is truly a valuable asset to our department. All of her hard work and contributions to the Implementation Team are greatly appreciated. I am extremely grateful to work with Kayla!
