Bridgett has been a breath of fresh air since I changed departments. I was initially concerned about whether my needs would be accommodated, but that has not been an issue at all. From day one, she has shown understanding, compassion, and support. She did an excellent job training me and made me feel like part of the team immediately. She creates a safe and positive work environment where employees feel seen and heard.

Bridgett approaches challenges headfirst. She stepped into a new unit with nearly 1,000 groups spread across multiple systems and platforms. While also managing daily responsibilities, she and her team are working to convert all groups into a single platform, which is a significant effort. Despite juggling many priorities, she continues to keep everything moving forward successfully.
 

I have worked closely with Bridgett over the past year and consider her one of PAI’s greatest assets. She leads with knowledge, grace, and understanding, balances constant changes and new challenges effectively, and consistently prioritizes customer satisfaction. She never complains about shifting goals or deadlines and always gets the job done. She is truly deserving of this award.

Sharon Murray

I nominate Sharron Murray from the Risk, Assurance & Analytics Team. Anytime Sharon is asked to assist with a project, she immediately acts. She is always there to support questions from our team, customer service, or any other person/area in our company. She plays a major role in helping PAI stay compliant and took on the huge task of transitioning from one main agent/broker to hundreds. This was no small task for licensure appointment. She handled the workload with grace and professionalism. She collaborates cross teams and supports everyone taking frontline calls anytime a need is voiced. She handles formal appeals and complaints. Above all else, Sharon Murray is a tremendously kind and thoughtful person. Someone cherished by all members of the RA&A team.

Tamara Wise

I would LIKE to formally nominate Miss Wise. The nomination is well deserved. She goes above and beyond and sets the standard for what team work should be.

Shantel Lee

I would like to nominate Shantel Lee for the PAI Employee of the Quarter Award. Shantel has been a dedicated Marketing Service Rep for several years on our Limited Benefit side of business and prior to this, Shantel was servicing our clients as part of the Limited Benefit Support Center. In late 2025, one of our large Limited Benefit groups, Dedicated Nursing Associates was transitioned from the Support Center to Shantel so that she could serve as their dedicated service rep. DNA had been reluctant for years to move from the Support Center because they were happy with the level of service that was being provided. On March 20th 2026, I received the following email from DNA about Shantel. "I'd like to take a moment to let you know how satisfied I am with Shantel's support and assistance since switching to her as our dedicated rep. I'm so appreciative of her efficiency and prompt responses. This change has been wonderful and made my job much easier! My only regret is not switching to a dedicated rep sooner. Shantel is a pleasure to work with, and I look forward to continuing our working relationship". This is the type of service my team provides all of our groups but it is always great to hear these types of testimonies about the level of service provided. Based on this, I would like to nominate Shantel for the PAI Employee of the Quarter award. Shantel is the definition of how PAI Makes Benefits Better.

Steve McGowan

Steve is always helpful and quick to respond when I need assistance with access or getting our clients access to our systems or if we are having some issues getting their credentials to work. Any time I go to him with a problem, he is willing to jump in and help out and try to get it resolved and keep our client happy.

Kim Stroman

She is a true gem of a person. Kim does not hesitate to help anyone any way she can. She brings a positive influence to the office and really deserves to be recognized.

Christina Orellana

Christina is always very helpful and takes the time to also educate when I am unsure of something. She is very hardworking and dedicated.

Hannah Towles

This lady is always willing to jump in and help. She is an expert at helping build relationships and maintaining key relationships for our company. She is consistently driven, professional, and represents our company well. She often takes on other departmental projects without any hesitation and is always a pleasure to work with.

Darnet Baxter

Ms Darnet handles customer complaints, expedited pre-authorizations, goes well beyond what her scheduled shift requires, answers questions from her team, jumps in wherever she is needed. Not only that, she will need to fill in and take over wherever and whatever Carole has been doing when Carole leaves.

Dominique Hardy

Dominique has been very supportive as I have transitioned into a new role. Even when she has a long list of work of her own, she is always checking in and making sure I am doing okay or need any help. Her leadership, ideas, and thoughtfulness are always appreciated!
