David Huntington

Mr. David Huntington is President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Planned Administrators, Inc. (PAI) and TCC Benefits Administrator (TCC), two Third Party Administrator (TPA) companies, independently owned by our parent company, BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina. Huntington is responsible for leading all aspects of sales, marketing strategy, finance and operations for both independent TPA entities. As a 40-plus year veteran of the company, Huntington began his career as a claims examiner and successfully worked his way up through a variety of management and senior management positions, until his current appointment. Best known for “finding a way to make the business work and grow,” Huntington is versed at adapting to current market needs, leveraging best practices among partners and expanding administration for national carrier partners. Knowledgeable and experienced, Huntington remains committed to bringing PAI clients innovative opportunities and benefit design flexibilities that yield real savings while delivering a superior customer experience.

 

George Stiles

Mr. Stiles is Assistant Vice President of Operations for PAI. He oversees enrollment, claims processing, and customer service. He joined PAI in September 2006 and has 15 years experience with the largest health insurer of South Carolina, where he has served in various management positions. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a member of the Leadership Columbia class of 2007.

 

 

 

Barbara Windham

Ms. Windham is Chief Financial Officer for PAI. She oversees accounting, billing and eligibility, and check distribution. Ms. Windham has been with the company since 1998. Prior to joining PAI she has held positions in public accounting and professional accounting positions in the health care field. She is a CPA and a graduate of University of South Carolina.

 

 

 

Scot Dawkins

Mr. Dawkins is AVP of Information Systems for PAI. He oversees computer operations, programming, telecommunications, and system support. A graduate of Winthrop University, Mr. Dawkins has been with PAI since 1994. He is also certified in several areas of IBM system administration.

 

 

  

PJ Rescigno

Mr. Rescigno is the AVP of Sales and Marketing for PAI. He joined PAI in April 2007 and oversees the sales and marketing functions for all three lines of business with PAI. He works with PAI's business partners, brokers, and consultants to deliver products and administrative solutions to the market, leading business development efforts for PAI. He graduated with a B.S. degree from Winthrop University. Prior to joining PAI, he was Managing Director of the southeast region of a multibillion dollar specialty chemical company and an Executive Search Consultant with a privately held employment search firm. 

 

  

Clay Kelley

Mr. Kelley is Director of Sales for PAI. He joined PAI in July 2011 and is responsible for sales and account services for PAI's self-funded, specialty products, and stop loss divisions. He is experienced in the self-funded and specialty products insurance sectors. He has a bachelor's degree in biology from the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee.

 

 

Suzanne Miller 

Ms. Miller is PAI's Compliance Officer. She oversees all compliance activities, quality assurance, training, and HIPAA Privacy. She has been managing in a healthcare environment since 2000 and has been with PAI since 1996. Prior to joining PAI, she was with the largest health insurer of South Carolina for five years. She has the designation of Associate, Reinsurance Administration, and Associate, Insurance Regulatory Compliance.
