Through HealthWeb StatusLink, you can view your Explanation of Benefits (EOB) for paid claims. So, you can check anytime to see if you've satisfied your deductible, for example. HealthWeb StatusLink is just one way PAI provides plan members flexible, dependable service.
Here are some other ways PAI goes the extra mile, every day:
- PAI processes most claims in less than 23 days. If not, as a plan member, you'll receive a letter from us explaining the status of your claim.
- Our customer service representatives are available to speak with you personally during regular business hours. Spanish interpreters are available by request. And remember, HealthWeb StatusLink is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- We keep your protected health information private.
