PAI is the administrator of your group health insurance plan. We are here to help you understand your benefit plan, how it works, and answer any question you may have about the payment or status of your covered medical claims.

For secure online access to your claims, PAI offers a Benefits Portal (formerly HealthWeb StatusLink). Through this secure area of our website, you can:
- Access your paid claims, including pending and related status remarks;
- View your deductible and out-of-pocket accumulators;
- View summary plan descriptions and amendments;
- Enroll, add dependents, and change personal information;
- Send secure questions and receive responses from our customer service area;
- Request a new ID card; and
- View or print previously issued explanation of benefits (EOBs) on selected claims.
