Healthcare providers can access information about a group's benefit plan through PAI's Verifax system. Just call 800-768-4375 and follow the voice prompts. You will be sent a document via fax transmission that outlines group plan benefits in and out of network. You can also verify eligibility and claims status for a particular member. Verifax is fast, convenient, and gives you the details in black and white.
