Key Staff

David Huntington
Mr. Huntington is President and Chief Operating Officer for PAI. He has led the growth of PAI since 1993.  He is also a veteran of BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina, joining the company in 1975, and has served in various capacities over the years. He is responsible for all aspects of PAI, including sales, marketing, finance, network management, and operations.

George Stiles
Mr. Stiles is Assistant Vice President for PAI. He oversees enrollment, claims processing, and customer service for our Limited Benefits business. He joined PAI in September 2006 and has 15 years experience with BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina, where he has served in various management positions.  He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a member of the Leadership Columbia class of 2007.

Barbara Windham
Ms. Windham is Chief Financial Officer for PAI. She oversees accounting, billing and eligibility, and check distribution. Ms. Windham has been with the company since 1998. Prior to joining PAI she has held positions in public accounting and professional accounting positions in the health care field. She is a CPA and a graduate of University of South Carolina.

Scot Dawkins
Mr. Dawkins is Director of Information Systems for PAI. He oversees computer operations, programming, telecommunications, and system support. A graduate of Winthrop University, Mr. Dawkins has been with PAI since 1994. He is also certified in several areas of IBM system administration.

Susan Nicolai
Ms. Nicolai is Director of Marketing Administration for PAI. She joined PAI in October 2002. She oversees the marketing functions at PAI. Ms. Nicolai is experienced in marketing communications and is an award-winning speaker and writer. She has a B.S. degree in Advertising from University of Florida. She has the designation of being a Professional with the Academy of Healthcare Management.

PJ Rescigno
Mr. Rescigno is Senior Director, Sales and Operations for PAI. He joined PAI in April 2007 and oversees the sales functions and self-funded operations. Mr. Rescigno graduated with a B.S. degree from Winthrop University.  Prior to joining PAI, he was Managing Director of the Southeast Region of a multibillion dollar specialty chemical company and an Executive Search Consultant with a privately held employment search firm.  Since joining PAI, Mr. Rescigno has demonstrated exceptional sales growth on the self-funded and limited benefits lines of business.
 
Clay Kelley
Mr. Kelly is Director of Sales for PAI. He joined PAI in August 2011 and is responsible for sales and account services for PAI's self-funded, limited  benefit, and stop loss divisions. He is experienced  in the self-funded and limited benefit insurance sectors. He has a bachelor's degree in biology from the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee.

Suzanne Miller
Ms. Miller is PAI's Compliance Officer.  She oversees all compliance activities, quality assurance, training, and HIPAA Privacy. She has been managing in a healthcare environment since 2000 and has been with PAI since 1996. Prior to joining PAI, she was with BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina for 5 years. She has the designation of Associate, Reinsurance Administration, and Associate, Insurance Regulatory Compliance.
